Kate Haddow, Teesside University


Kate Haddow is a full time PhD student at Teesside University and was awarded a university scholarship in 2016, after completing her master’s degree at Newcastle University. Her PhD is looking at local and diverse religious responses to poverty in Middlesbrough, and how religious communities are fighting poverty and inequality and whether their responses are adequate.
Kates wider research interests are; social class, poverty, foodbank use and social inequality.
